Doug Austin

Doug brings a rare depth of construction and roofing experience to every project. With formal training in Construction Management, 50 years of commercial construction experience, 26 years in commercial roofing, and 35 years in residential roofing, Doug understands the industry from the field level to the management level. That hands-on expertise allows him to develop practical, innovative roofing solutions built around real-world jobsite needs, long-term performance, and better outcomes for contractors, building owners, and property managers.

Cecil Ingram

Cecil Ingram is a seasoned real estate professional with over four decades of industry experience, beginning his career in 1985. He has spent more than a decade specializing in healthcare-focused REITs, bringing deep expertise in the technical aspects of real estate operations and asset management. Cecil is highly skilled in property condition assessments, capital planning, construction oversight, and risk identification, with a strong focus on maintaining and enhancing asset value. His comprehensive knowledge and hands-on approach make him a trusted advisor and valuable resource for clients across the real estate lifecycle.

Tom Wagner

Tom brings a disciplined, results-driven approach to Starlite Company, shaped by his background as a U.S. Army Blackhawk helicopter pilot and graduate of United States Military Academy and Duke University Fuqua School of Business. With extensive experience in operations, finance, and business leadership, including serving as COO of a $40M construction company, Tom specializes in building efficient systems, scaling service-driven organizations, and driving long-term value. His focus at Starlite is on advancing innovative roofing solutions, improving installation efficiency, and delivering reliable, high-performance outcomes for commercial clients.
